HC Deb 26 November 1919 vol 121 c1818W
Mr. BETTERTON

asked the Secretary of State for War whether his attention has been called to the inadequacy of the postal communication with troops at present serving in Mesopotamia; whether he is aware that indignation exists in consequence of the number of letters which are lost in transit both to and from that country; and if he will take steps to bring the matter before the responsible authorities?

Mr. MONTAGU

No complaints have reached me for some time, but if my hon. Friend will give me particulars of the cases he has in mind I will make inquiry.
