LIEUT.-Commander HILTON YOUNGasked the Minister of Transport whether he is aware of the habitual congestion of the railway goods stations at Norwich; whether this congestion is due to inadequate staff at the stations; and whether it is proposed that any steps should be taken to remedy a state of affairs that causes loss and inconvenience to warehousemen, manufacturers, and the public, and tends to diminish production?
Sir R. WILLIAMSI am not aware of the facts stated, but have referred the matter to the railway concerned and invited their consideration and necessary action on the point raised.
