§ Sir R. HORNEThe number of premises occupied by the clerical staff of the Ministry of Labour (exclusive of Employment Exchanges and Industrial Establishments, but inclusive of premises shared with other Departments) is 227. A list of these premises will be compiled and forwarded to the hon. Member, if he so desires; but to set out the full detailed information desired by the hon. Member in the second part of the question would be a task entailing a very serious expenditure of time and labour, and my staff is so busily engaged that I am reluctant to impose this burden upon them.
