§ Mr. CHURCHILLI stated the proposed location of British troops in plebiscite areas in answer to a question by my hon. and gallant Friend the Member for Bury St. Edmunds on Wednesday last. All troops eligible for duty with the Army of the Rhine are equally eligible for duty in these areas.
