§ Mr. KELLAWAYThe Hereford factory has not been taken over by Woolwich Arsenal, though both the factory and the Arsenal are under the control of the Ministry of Munitions. The Hereford factory is engaged on the breaking down of surplus ammunition. The number of persons employed is 348 men and 136 women. I cannot at present give an estimate of the number of persons who will eventually be employed.
