Sir R. WILLIAMSThe reply to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. As regards the second and third parts, the Minister has no power to control municipally owned trams, but all measures for relieving congestion and overcrowding, whether of trains, buses, or trams, are now engaging the attention of the Advisory Committee of London traffic.
