Member for the Camlachie Division of Glasgow has consented, at the invitation of the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, to proceed as High Commissioner on a temporary Special Mission to (South Russia. His staff is now being selected, and the names will be announced as soon as the list is complete. The expenses will be charged to the Foreign Office Vote.
