§ MAJOR NALLasked the Home Secretary whether he is aware that motor cars fitted with near-side steering are now being imported into this country; and whether, in view of he danger to the public involved in this change, he will prohibit the use of any car so fitted, other than those already imported?
Sir R. WILLIAMSAt present there are no statutory Regulations which would enable the Minister to control the position of steering appliances on motor cars, but he is appointing an expert advisory Committee to which this among other questions wil be referred.
