§ Mr. BR1DGEMANI would refer my hon. Friend to the latter part of the reply which my right hon. Friend gave to the hon. and gallant Member for the Torquay Division of Devonshire yesterday (Colonel Burn), in which it was explained that the difficulty is one of transport, and that the Ministry of Transport have the matter in hand.
