§ Mr. FISHERSubject to compliance with the Board's requirements as to minimum rates of salary for certificated and uncertificated teachers in public elementary schools, the remuneration of men and women teachers, respectively, is determined by the local education authorities and school governing bodies which I employ them. I am not prepared to interfere with their discretion in this respect.
