§ VISCOUNT WOLMERasked the Secretary of State for War whether it is intended to pay officers who have, under Articles 120 and 428A of the Pay Warrant, been retained in the Army beyond the date on which they became liable to be retired, the arrears of pension which they have earned, and to which they were entitled by the conditions under which they joined the Army?
§ Mr. FORSTERAs stated in Army Order 324, the position of these officers is under consideration, but I must not be understood as admitting in any way that they have any claim under the Regulations as they stand.
