§ Mr. W. GRAHAMasked the Secretary for Scotland whether, in the case of special constables of three years' service and upwards in Scotland during the War, instructions have yet been given regarding the issue of the special constables medal, in keeping with the steps which have been taken to recognise the war service of special constables in England.
§ Mr. MUNRONo instructions have yet been issued, but the matter 'has been receiving consideration. I hope to be shortly in a position to take action similar to that which has already been taken in England.
