asked the Minister of Pensions whether he is now in a position to announce that the widows of all warrant officers and non-commissioned officers killed in wars fought prior to 4th August, 1914, shall have their pensions increased to the rate appropriate for their late husband's rank, as laid down in the Pensions Warrant of 1918?
