§ Mr. FORSTERGeneral Routine Order 4,840 does not refer to men of the Egyptian Expeditionary Force. Army Council Instruction 851 has been put into force. I would refer the hon. and gallant Member to the reply given to a somewhat similar question put by the hon. Member for Rothwell on the 18th August last.
