Mr. CHAMBERLAINWhen an owner or other person interested in the land desires to prosecute an appeal against an unsettled provisional valuation, the Commissioners of Inland Revenue have no option but to acquiesce. They do not, however, themselves take action in order to bring an appeal to a hearing.
