§ Mr. WATERSONasked the Pensions Minister if a man who was living abroad at the time of being called up to the Colours, after serving his country, is now debarred from the benefits under the civil liability regulations; and, if so, will he state the justification of such an action, seeing hardship so created?
§ Sir R. HORNEI have been asked to reply to this question. I cannot, however give a definite answer without knowing the facts of the particular case which the hon. Member has in mind. If he will be 1455W good enough to send me these facts, including a statement of the purpose for which a grant is desired, I will have inquiries made.
