§ Mr. PRATTThe Board have been in communication with the city corporation on the subject, who have pointed out that in view of the urgent need of restoring to the public generally the use of the land in question for the purpose of recreation, they are unable to extend beyond the 31st December next the tenancy of the allotment-holders. The Board concur in this opinion and do not propose to take any action in the matter.
