Captain GUESTThe officers recently nominated to the Staff College were selected either because they had done brilliant service on the Staffor had distinguished themselves as commanders. The same principle of selection will be adhered to as regards future nominations. The Regulations compelling Staff officers to perform periods of regimental duty between periods of Staff employment has been, and will be adhered to as far as circumstances permit.
