§ Mr. CHURCHILLI am not aware that men of the Non-Combatant Corps stationed at Ormskirk are penalised in the matter of demobilisation and leave. All men who are eligible for demobilisation under current instructions are being released as rapidly as the exigencies of the Service permit. The existing instructions with regard to the granting of leave apply equally to this corps as to any other regiment or corps in the Service.
