§ Mr. CHURCHILLThe disposal of all surplus Army stores is in the hands of the Surplus Government Property Disposal Board of the Ministry of Munitions, to whom applications should be addressed by local authorities. I understand that my right hon. Friend the President of the Local Government Board is about to make certain proposals for utilising surplus medical and other stores for the various health services of the country, and the whole question will, no doubt, be sympathetically considered.
