§ Mr. KELLAWAYNegotiations for the purchase of the site of this factory are still proceeding, and until they are concluded no decision can be arrived at as to its future use I am in communication both with the Minister of Labour and with the Minister of Pensions with regard to the utilisation of suitable factories for the training of disabled soldiers.
