§
- 1. The age limit for candidates will be 22–25.
- 2. Candidates who were under 25 on 1st August, 1914, can—
- (a.) Provided they have since served in His Majesty's Forces throughout the War (N.B.—Those who have been discharged from the forces on medical grounds will be considered as coming under this category);
- (b.) Provided they have been rejected for military service; or
- (c.) Provided they have been interned as civilian prisoners of war;
deduct from their age the period* spent in His Majesty's Forces, the Public Service, or whilst interned.
