§ Mr. CHURCHILLArmy Order 55 of 1919 governs the eligibility of all men for demobilisation. If a man has been in hospital twenty-eight days or longer, and he is eligible for demobilisation under this Army Order, he is demobilised from hospital. If not eligible, he is returned to his unit, unless he is passed as unfit for further service, when he is discharged.
