§ Commander EYRES-MONSELLI have been asked to answer this question. A Bill to give effect to the proposal that the Board of Agriculture and Fisheries should have the status of a first-class Department is in preparation, and I hope that it will be possible to introduce it at an early date; I am, however, unable to give the precise date when the Bill will be introduced.
