§ Mr. CHURCHILLI am not aware of any dissatisfaction owing to the shortage of food, nor am I aware of any general delay in the delivery of parcels, but if my hon. and gallant Friend will furnish me with further particulars I will have inquiries made. The 4th Battalion Rifle Brigade is due for relief, and will come home when operations permit and when transport can be made available.
