Mr. HARMSWORTHSeveral Committees have been sitting at the Foreign Office in order to consider various aspects of the Consular Service. The majority of the recommendations made by these Committees have been embodied in the new scheme of Consular re-organisation to which reference was made in reply to the hon. and gallant Member for Chelsea on 25th March.
