§ Sir PETER GRIGGSasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that several officers in the Royal Army Ordnance Corps attached to dispersal units in the Southern Command have not yet received the captaincies due to them three months ago in accordance with Army Demobilisation Regulations, Part II., paragraphs 2,301 (k. i.) and 2,256 (x. i.); and is he aware that these officers have been loyally obeying Army Order XIV., dated 29th January, 1919, but that the Government has not kept faith in accordance with Army Demobilisation Regulations, Part II., handed to each officer in dispersal units?
