§ Dr. MACNAMARAI am afraid I cannot add to the answers already given on this subject on the 26th February and the 12th March, in which it was stated that the Report in question had been put in Admiral Jerram's hands for the better information of his Committee. As to publication, no decision can be come to by the Board until the Report of Admiral Jerram's Committee has been received.
