Sir LEICESTER HARMSWORTHasked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the dissatisfaction which exists in Scotland with the administration of the minimum wage section of the Corn Production Art, 1917, by the Board of Agriculture for Scotland, he can see his way to transfer these functions to the Ministry of Labour?
