§ Brigadier-General SURTEESasked the Secretary of State for War whether, in view of the amount of the Army and Air Estimates, he will present to Parliament an analysis of the table in the White Paper (Army and Air Estimates for the year 1919–20) showing precisely what are Peace Estimates and what are War Estimates, that is to say, what amounts apply exclusively to peace conditions and what amounts represent commitments arising out of the War?
