§ Mr. R. GWYNNEasked the Secretary of State for War whether he will consider the desirability of allowing men who enlisted for the duration of the War to change their duration service to a period of six years, which would give six years with the Colours and six years on the Army Reserve?
Captain GUESTThe period of service to be applied to normal engagements for both duration of the War and ordinary recruits is now under consideration. The suggestion of my hon. Friend will be borne in mind.
