§ Mr. C. HARMSWORTHThe question in regard to measures for the enforcement of the provisions of the International Opium Convention in the United Kingdom and throughout the British Empire should be addressed to the Secretary of State for Home Affairs and the Secretary of State for the Colonies respectively. So far as the international enforcement of the convention is concerned, I would refer the hon. Member to the answer I have just given to the hon. Member for Cheltenham.
