Friend is referring to, but if he is referring to men who have been registered by the War Office as pivotal before the 1st of February, 1919, or in respect of whom recommendations for special release have been received by the War Office from the Ministry of Labour before that date, such men are being demobilised as the exigencies of the Service permit.
