§ Mr. MACPHERSONThe administration of the existing Grant is being undertaken by existing Government Departments under myself, as chairman. The Committee has already held two meetings, and a number of schemes to be carried out under the supervision of the Local Government Board, the Land Commission and the Department of Agriculture have already been, approved and further schemes are being prepared and will shortly come before the Committee.
