§ Mr. IRVINGasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Agriculture whether he is prepared to convene a meeting this year of representatives of local sea fisheries committees, in accordance with Section 9 of the Sea Fisheries Regulation Act of 1888 (51 and 52 Vic., c. 54); and, if not, will he give his reasons for not doing so?
