§ Lieutenant-Colonel MOORE-BRABAZONasked the President of the Local Government Board whether a Bill 61W has been prepared by his Department to give effect to the recommendations of the Royal Commission on Motor Cars which reported in 1906, and in particular Recommendation No. 19 with regard to the endorsement of the licences of drivers of motor vehicles; and, if so, when the Bill will be introduced into this House?
§ Dr. ADDISONNo Bill on this subject has been prepared. Under the Bill recently introduced it will, I apprehend, fall to the Ministry of Ways and Communications to deal with the question of the control of motor cars.
