§ Mr. MONTAGUI would ask the hon. Baronet to refer to the answer given by me on the 26th instant to a similar question asked by the hon. Member for the New Forest and Christchurch Division. The sterling value of the rupee, I might remark, has actually appreciated since the commencement of the War.
