§ Colonel LESLIE WILSONAll commandeered space is required for the repatriation of the South African forces. Such accommodation for passengers as can be left free is in the hands of the steamship companies, who have been asked to arrange bookings in communication with the High Commissioner of South Africa. The High Commissioner has a priority scheme for dealing with civilian passengers.
