Captain COOTEasked the Prime Minister whether he will take steps to secure cheap railway travelling facilities in order to allow the members of properly constituted working boys' and girls' clubs to enjoy a summer holiday; and whether he is aware that the juvenile organisation committees of every London borough were definitely asked by the Government to promote clubs, brigades, and seaside camps, and that unless railway facilities are afforded the cost of carrying out this request will be prohibitive?
