§ Major ASTORMy right hon. Friend understands that the premises to which378W the hon. Member refers have been empty for fifteen years and are in a very dilapidated condition. It seems probable that these are premises with which the borough council may be able to deal under the powers to be conferred by the Housing Bill, and my right hon. Friend will communicate with the council on the subject.
