§ Mr. PENNEFATHERasked the Secretary of State for War if his attention has been called to the case of a youth who was certified to be consumptive and rejected for military service in September, 1918, but who was accepted as a Volunteer in April, 1919, for seven years' service and passed A 1; and if he will cause further inquiries to be made as to whether this youth is in fact consumptive?
