BOSCAWENMy Noble Friend, the President of the Board of Agriculture stated in the House of Lords on the 28th ultimo that he was going to Paris to see the Prime Minister on this matter and that after this visit he may be able to report something quite definite, etc. In the meanwhile I am unable to add anything to my previous answer.
