Mr. ALFRED DAVIESasked the Secretary to the Treasury whether the question of the reinstatement of Civil servants who refused to undertake military service on conscientious grounds has been receiving careful consideration by his Department for many months whether on the 5th June the Postmaster-General stated that the Treasury were about to issue instructions; and whether, in view of the excessive delay, he will endeavour to expedite the announcement of the Government decision?
