BOSCAWENThe method usually adopted is to consult the advertisement agents of the Stationery Office, and to settle with them as to the more suitable papers for the purpose of any particular advertisement. Important advertisements are inserted in the chief county papers, and some are inserted in more than one paper circulating in the same district. The method suggested in my2320W hon. Friend's question is that which is adopted where the circumstances call for it, and will always be kept in view.
