§ Mr. GWYNNEasked the Secretary of State for War whether any decision has yet been reached in regard to supplying rifle clubs with ammunition either free of charge or at reduced rates; and, in view of the desirability of encouraging these clubs, and of the large quantities of ammunition now in stock, and seeing that the matter was under consideration in 1913 and 1914, he can see his way to grant either of these concessions?
Captain GUESTThe question has been under consideration, and concessions have been made, as regards the current year, allowing authorised rifle clubs to purchase 303 ammunition at reduced rates. The subject will be reviewed later in the year.
