Captain GUESTThe calling up of men for military service under the Military Service Act ceased on the 11th November, 1918, after the Armistice had been signed, and since that date no men have been conscripted from any trade union or other organisation. With regard to the latter part of the question,. 122,809 officers and 2,911,369 men have been demobilised up to the week ending 18th July, 1919.
