§ Mr. KELLAWAYI am not aware that the new war ribbon is being retailed at 6d. an inch. There is no justification for such a charge, as the cost of production of the ribbon is less than ½d. per inch. I may add that a free issue of the ribbon is made to every man entitled to wear it; demobilised men will be supplied through their record office.
