Colonel WILSONThe desirability of using the smaller ports to relieve the con-1408W gestion at the main ports is fully appreciated and every effort is being made to that end. My hon. Friend will realise that owing to limits of draught, etc., it is not feasible to divert ocean-going tonnage from London to such ports as King's Lynn.
