§ Major ASTORComplete particulars are not available, but the information which has been received shows that thirty-seven local authorities and thirteen public utility societies have already begun work on housing schemes approved by the Ministry. In the majority of cases, this work is in the preliminary stages, but I have information that nine local authorities and six public utility societies have already begun the actual erection of houses.
