§ Mr. ROWLANDSasked the Home Secretary whether a by-law has yet been made by the Pharmaceutical Society in accordance with Section 4 (b) of the Pharmacy and Poisons Act, 1908, providing for the registration as pharmaceutical 942W chemists, upon fulfilling certain conditions, of certified assistants to apothecaries under the Apothecaries Act of 1915?
§ Mr. SHORTTI am informed that a by-law for the purpose in question has been passed by the Council of the Pharmaceutical Society, and awaits confirmation by a special general meeting of the members of the Society.
